As National Account Manager you will be responsible for expanding the market for the Pool Solutions industry, specifically within Home Depot and Lowes. This will involve identifying new customers and opportunities within the region as well as worth with existing customers to gain further business. You will lead the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with the Mass Channel team growth strategy to expand our market share. In order to create growth you will drive new product introductions, develop market intelligence and provide feedback to the technology team. You will also:
Develop business development strategies and creates annual business development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue
Work closely with account managers, product development and marketing to understand business requirements and market needs.
Recognize new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
Prioritize market segment development activities and sets revenue targets.

Requirements:
Degree qualified with relevant experience
Experience of working with The Home Depot or Lowes in a sales capacity
3-5 years' sales experience
Very proficient in the use of PowerPoint, excel and word
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong presentation skills
SAP and Tableau experience is a plus
Experience of both new and existing relationship building
Understanding or background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Travel is required for this position, around 70% of the time. (US & Canada)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $128,200 and $172,935, plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
