As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Channels Product Experimentation team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Our objective is to empower teams to use Experimentation as a foundation for decision making; to improve the performance of core flows and remove guesswork from launch and enhancement decisions. When necessary, you will have to go beyond descriptive analytics, explore all available data points to explain and recommend next steps.

Job responsibilities

+ Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

+ Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

+ Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

+ Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

+ Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

+ Design, execute, interpret experiments to surface customer insights and guide product experience

+ Partner closely with cross functional teams to define measurement plan

+ Act as subject matter expert of the testing platform: Understand technical capabilities and implementations to facilitate utilization

+ Develop thoughtful analysis and actionable insights from large scale data

+ Exercise strong attention to detail and project management skills to handle multiple product relationships and tests simultaneously

+ Synthesize and summarize team experiments into polished presentations for senior leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

+ Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

+ Strong problem-solving skills and data curiosity with ability to self-direct.

+ Proven ability to collaborate and achieve actionable results with other teams.

+ Experience functioning as a strategic consultant to different businesses/products by understanding business goals quickly and coming up with solutions.

+ Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.

+ Experience with relational databases. SQL knowledge is a must.

+ Strong PowerPoint and slide-writing skills to deliver analytical insights.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.

+ A basic understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery.

+ Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills

+ Expertise in experiment design

+ Experience with hypothesis testing and underlying statistical concepts
