Job Description

Kforce has a client in Wilmington, DE that is seeking a Project/Program Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Project/Program Manager will support the Product Launch Manager in defining and executing product launch plans, providing liaison and coordination activities with Fulfillment and Sort Center personnel
  • Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new systems under test
  • Coordinate Company Robotics staff for new product introduction while onsite; This includes system delivery, install, initial checkout, and data collection
  • Partner with Program Managers and Development Leads to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain launch plans in a dynamic work environment
  • As a Project/Program Manager, you will capture and synthesize the Voice of the Customer (VoC) for all new product introductions and leverage this information to prioritize system defects and lead the triage efforts with product development
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners
  • Assist the training manager in organizing, delivering, and improving the relevant product training materials
  • Support cross functional launch retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned into future launch plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field (Engineering/Mathematics/Science)
  • 2 years of Operations Engineering or Management experience preferably within a Company Fulfillment Center, or similar e-Commerce Distribution center
  • 2 years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of warehouse fulfillment operations and logistics
  • Track record for delivering complex technology product launches with aggressive schedules and scarce resources
  • Track record for working effectively with a cross functional team of peers
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
