Occupational Health Services Intern

Job Description

The primary function of the Intern in this role is to assist the team and will be expected to learn the daily operations to support the strategic vision of Caregiver Health. The intern will experience collaborative teamwork, opportunity to problem solve and day to day medical office operations.

Duration: Summer 2024 (8 weeks at 40 hours/week) tentative start of June 10

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Perform administrative duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Assist in preparing information by creating PowerPoint presentations, RACI charts, excel documents etc.
Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data.
Help launch new initiatives upon departments request and direction
Perform research and analysis in support of operations
Assisting with other ad hoc projects and organization initiative projects as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma is required OR GED
Enrollment in higher education (associate, bachelor, or masters) in Human Resources (or) Business (or) Public Health (or) Related Medical fields.
