Caregiver Engagement Intern

Job Description

The primary function of the Caregiver Engagement Intern is to support education and change initiatives involving caregiver recognition and engagement. This role will support business and HR leaders by helping to build and enhance systems caregivers use to interact with Human Resources, and each other. The intern will finish with deep knowledge of ways to define, analyze and support a department that is working to create an environment that allows each caregiver to flourish.

Duration: Summer 2024, June 10 through August 2 (40 hours/week)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the Talent Management team to analyze, build, test, and migrate the new version of our new self-service platform
Partner with the Talent Management team to analyze, build, and test topics for our Virtual Assistant
Coordinate logistics and create content for educational sessions connected to recognition topics
Use educational research methods to determine if lack of access to a recognition tool has an impact on the caregiver experience. Make recommendations based on findings
Performs other administrative and management tasks related to the department and other related duties including: demonstrations and creating content that delivers HR specific information to new leaders and caregivers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
Rising junior, senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Educational Research Sociology, or other related fields.
Flexibility to work in a Hybrid Model (Remote and Office)
Comfortable with HTML
Familiarity with research methods similar to or used in Educational Research
Knowledge of excel, word and other related computer applications
Ability to use organizational and time management skills
Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively in a small team setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
