Lead the development and delivery of an integrated Information Technology strategy to enhance the commercial effectiveness and go-to-market strategy of Envista’s operating companies (OpCo’s). This encompasses direct oversight of IT capabilities needed across: Sales Force Automation & Customer Relationship Management; Pricing Model Support; Customer Offers & Tracking & Revenue Growth Model Support; and for Digital Commercial Operations oversee ‘Go To Market’ Omnichannel approach (incl enabling B2B, B2C, DTC etc.); Consumer Data Acquisition & Offer Management; PIM / DAM & Brand; Website Consolidation & Management.

We are looking for a Global Head of IT Digital & Commercial Platforms to lead our digital team and oversee the development and management of our digital platforms and products. Reporting into the CIO, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the digital strategy and vision, ensuring that our digital platforms are user-friendly, innovative, and aligned with our business goals and brand identity. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage digital/IT resources and budgets, and monitor and evaluate performance and outcomes of Envista’s Digital and Commercial IT capabilities.

Job Summary

+ Define and implement the digital strategy and vision, ensuring that our digital platforms and products support our business objectives and customer needs

+ Manage the portfolio of digital and commercial platforms and ensure they are scalable, secure, reliable, and user-friendly

+ Oversee the development and management of our digital platforms and products, including websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, social media, and other digital channels

+ Lead the UX design and software engineering and DevOps teams and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback

+ Establish and monitor the performance metrics and KPIs for the digital and commercial platforms and ensure continuous improvement and optimization

+ Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital domain and drive innovation and experimentation

+ Manage the budget, resources, and vendors for the digital and commercial platforms and ensure compliance with the policies and standards

+ Monitor and evaluate digital performance and outcomes, using digital analytics and metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

+ At least 10 years of experience in managing digital and commercial platforms, preferably in a large and complex organization

+ Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation and innovation projects

+ Strong knowledge and experience in e-commerce, web, portals, UX design, software engineering, and DevOps

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

+ Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically

+ Passion for digital innovation and customer-centricity

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$210,000 – $290,200
