The Wealth Senior Financial Analyst will create structured financial models of newly and asset backed securitized transaction and warehouse facilities. The incumbent will be well versed in applications for data and financial modeling to project cash flows and run scenario analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Interact with issuers, underwriters, and external vendors that provide support to WIS Corporate Structuring Team.
  • Interact with external counsel on the review and commenting of new transactions for the modeling and reporting perspective.
  • Continue to monitor monthly and model the cash payments in preparation for the Corporate Trust Relationship Managers to make the payments monthly during the production cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or mathematics, and a minimum of 5 years demonstrated successful track record in comparable organization.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and knowledge of SEI Trust 3000 is a plus.
  • Must have a general knowledge of regulatory rules that apply to communicating with customers.
  • Must be proficient with numbers and preferably experience with understanding securitization documents for modeling purposes.
  • Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise good judgement.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, clients, customers and the general public clearly and concisely.
