ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Delaware is searching for a dynamic Administrative Project Coordinator for our Medical Group Business Office team. This multi-skilled Project Coordinator will directly report to the Transformational Manager and will support our Vice Presidents and key partners in planning, coordinating, and organizing various activities and tasks across the Medical Group. The Administrative Project Coordinator will provide project support to operational leaders to ensure on-time completion of Medical Group Initiatives and large-scale project support and create tool tracking systems and set-up (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Teams, OneNote, and Outlook). This role will manage, administer, and coordinate various strategy projects and programs that support the Strategic Execution Team's focus on coordinating activities including, but not limited to, scheduling, tracking of milestones and project deliverables, team workforce management tool setup, and administration and communications. Monitoring project progress to ensure expected outcomes are achieved. Designing, developing, and deploying tools for smaller-scale projects. (Examples include status reports, communications, etc.) Partnering directly with key stakeholders in a variety of healthcare settings and specialties, such as frontline caregivers, the Medical Group, and system-level executives Establishing, managing, and continually improving processes with improved workflows and automation to establish efficiency. Coordinating the schedule of activities as directed by the Director of the Medical Group and serving as a primary point of administrative contact and liaison with practice locations on various activities. Support project management activities, scheduling, coordination, and tracking milestones and project deliverables, ensuring quality and integrity across the Medical Group. Acts as a liaison between the Medical Group Business Office, leadership, and colleagues to ensure timely completion of obligations. Support the Portfolio Management and Project Management activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across the enterprise. Work with Practice Transformation Team to ensure effective resource management is tracked. Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 2-3 years of project coordination experience required. Minimum of one year required demonstrated experience in supporting a team. Minimum of one year required demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilizing "soft skills" or "people skills".
