Description Our SAP QM Manager duties include but may not be limited to: Develop, define and implement global standard processes for SAP-QM Collaborate with Regional/local Quality teams on any new requirements and define business rules for any exceptions to the standard process Liaise with IT Business Relationship Manager on requirements and key projects Design and prototype SAP PP/QM functionality and facilitate key decision discussions in terms of functionality Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and work with IT to perform system set-ups in SAP to meet customer requirements and compliance Identify any Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows and/or any other development objects necessary to bridge requirements with SAP functionality through the creation of Functional Specification documentation Interface effectively with IT developers to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs Perform field and value mappings associated with data conversion efforts Identify local security requirements and work with SAP Security Team on the creation and assignment of security profiles Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP functionality and secure buy-in from customers and key stakeholders, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements Perform demonstrations of the to-be processes, post build (Configuration and Development) activities to showcase the incorporation and validation of local requirements Provide support and subject matter expertise during the execution of testing activities and drive resolution for issues identified during testing Define and document all process flows, SOPs, and develop training materials for end-user training Deliver end user training and/or conduct train the trainer workshops according to the training plans/schedules Provide subject matter expert support during cutover and go-live activities and perform tasks assigned as part of cutover plan Provide support and resolve end user issues post go live Facilitate weekly meetings with IT for resolution of production tickets Facilitate testing and approve all transports to production environment for any enhancements or system modifications Serve as a functional Manager for QM Operations team based in GSS Hyderabad, India Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system Preferably involving the implementation of SAP, particularly Plan to Deliver Solid analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills.
