We are looking for a Analytical Chemist to join our Chromatography/MS Laboratory in the R&D Analytical group.
You will serve as a technical expert in chromatographic analyses and method development utilizing various separation and detection techniques in support of research, regulatory and business efforts.
You will be responsible for small molecule chromatography to include but not limited to GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS and a fundamental understanding of wet chemical techniques.
You will be responsible for the evaluation and implementation of relevant new technologies toward improving the breadth and quality of the analytical information and improved laboratory efficiencies.
You will collaborate on a diverse set of technical problems in providing technical expertise in support of global R&D, manufacturing, customer applications and regulatory efforts.
You have a PhD or advanced degree in chemistry and have expertise in GC, GC/MS, HPLC and LC/MS.
Technical expert in chromatography and mass spectrometric analyses with extensive experience in method development, method validation, method troubleshooting and sample preparation techniques.
Experience with troubleshooting and repair of chromatographic instrumentation.
The ability to provide technical leadership in the evaluation of new analytical technologies toward improving qualitative and quantitative efficiencies.
