Chemours is seeking a Senior Director for our Enterprise Transformation Business Office ! This position will report directly to the SVP Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer at our Wilmington, DE location.
The Business Office Leader will play a pivotal role in executing our enterprise transformation vision and strategy. We aspire to be a strategic partner to the business – accelerating growth, unlocking significant productivity and operational performance across the company. You have strong high business acumen and be able to translate business requirements into a prioritized strategic roadmap based on value. The roadmap will be proactively managed with business partners, feeding a refreshingly simple intake and prioritization experience, mapped to resource allocations, budgets, disciplined project management with ongoing performance monitoring. This is an exciting and dynamic role that will have global responsibility and drive change resulting in clear, demonstrated transformational value to the company.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Build trusted relationships with business and functional leaders across the company.
+ Provide aligned focus to Enterprise Transformation by simplifying portfolio scope, make-up, prioritization and both resource and capacity planning.
+ Build a process that leverages existing strategic needs and organizes all inputs for strategic intake.
+ Develop process and institute regular Innovation sessions.
+ Refine both Strategic Enablement and Innovation processes as needed.
+ Develop and institute portfolio prioritization and capacity planning processes.
+ Facilitate aligned focus across BUs, Functions and ET.
+ Integrate and optimize one method of standard intake and prioritization, incorporating key compliance requirements (e.g., information security, privacy, etc.)
+ Partner with the Enterprise Change Leader to ensure that change is a strategic consideration upfront and throughout all ET prioritized commitments by building change considerations into intake, priority evaluation, capacity planning and overall feasibility of projects.
+ Design the roadmap Ensure that prioritized pipeline optimizes enterprise and business value and there is business “pull” for what will be executed using a process that designs and refines the enterprise roadmap.
+ Ensure there is a strong process and place for Functional Design that brings feasibility into prioritization process.
+ Oversee the financial budgeting support, resource deployment and capacity planning across Enterprise Transformation.
+ Institute the concept of intentional capability building as value into all Enterprise Transformation work.
+ Facilitate and socialize capability building in business language as part of each program/project as well as over-all portfolio value delivery.
+ Partner with Enterprise Change Leader to develop capability evidence tracking and reporting.
