Staffmark is hiring a Process Engineer to work for a plastic injection molding company in Georgetown, DE. This direct hire assignment will work alongside skilled professionals and contribute your expertise to their operations. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Process Engineer Job Details:
Develop, implement, and maintain processing standards for all injection molding production including mold setting, material handling, and analysis.
Supervise process techs and material handler team.
Optimize cycle times and focus on the reduction of scrap and downtime.
Oversight of the quality of products during the injection mold process.
Experience in injection molding process
Lean/Six Sigma experience
Strong team leadership skills
Minimum 3 years process engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred but will accept technical training and experience in lieu of degree.
