About this Position
As an Acquisitions Targeting and Personalization Strategy Sr Associate in Card Services, you will spend every day developing, enhancing, and maintaining key initiatives to optimize the number of people eligible for personalized offers. This is a key role within the Card Services Acquisition center of excellence. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth through new account acquisitions via customer-specific credit card offers. You’ll work cross-functionally, maintaining partnerships across Chase including Card product teams, other Chase Consumer Bank lines of business, Risk, and Modeling teams.
+ Maintain and drive a roadmap of initiatives that will deliver a high quality customer experience, expand the share of new credit card account acquisitions that are personalized, and ensure personalization tactics in place are used appropriately and effectively to support the strategy
+ Develop and implement strategic changes which optimize a customer’s eligibility for personalized marketing offers
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to develop and implement personalized offer initiatives at a detailed level
+ Work with finance and analytics partners to build business cases that support our roadmap and further long term business objectives
+ Use data driven methods to influence the strategic agenda of the business
+ Maintain strong controls environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Marketing and or strategy experience, including some experience in consumer financial products
+ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
+ Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to differing audiences
+ Ability to make data driven decisions
+ Robust understanding of Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

+ Quantitative and qualitative problem solver; ability to analyze process flaws and drive operational change
+ Define and deconstruct problems with a goal of identifying forward looking solutions
+ Help drive and set the agenda for teamwide strategies
+ Identifying implications and \“so what’s\” of data, analytics, and competitor/industry research
