As a Vendor Management Analyst in Recovery Collections Litigation supporting our Witness Management team, you will be responsible for attending in-person and remote appearances to represent JPMorgan Chase at litigation proceedings which include depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations or other hearings. You will represent Chase and play an integral role in supporting the success of Card Recovery Collections Litigation.
+ Facilitate the preparation of materials needed for appearances, collaborating with the business, internal and external legal partners to establish clear responsibilities and deadlines
+ Escalate case-related issues to management and the JPMorgan Chase legal department in a timely manner
+ Incorporate technical and functional knowledge to guide independent thought and action
+ Adhere to the risk and control agenda for the department
+ Assist in the identification and escalation of system- and process-related issues and improvement opportunities
+ Present information in a clear and concise manner to testify at litigation proceedings in a clear and concise manner
+ Make travel arrangements to appear in-person when required and adhere to travel expense budgets and expense reporting requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 3 years business operations experience (collections, process management or financial services industry)
+ 3 years in a call center environment and/or specialty / non-phone units
+ 1 year experience with litigation and legal processes
+ Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Knowledge of internal systems, such as ICP, C3 and DTS
+ Experience in a public speaking role
