As a Global Shares Tax Reporting Associate, you will use your knowledge of various tax reporting functions, regulatory reporting requirements and work with high volumes, strict deadlines and sophisticated clients. In this role, you will explain and present technical reporting positions to internal partners and external clients.
+ Manage and deliver tax reporting needs of a portfolio of companies that administer employee share plans
+ Preparatory work in advance of Board meetings
+ Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
+ Gain a general understanding of our various technology platforms as well as our global business capabilities and be able to demonstrate them
+ Right first time approach with deference to risk mitigation
+ Monitor Global Shares service against targets to ensure we are meeting client deliverables in accordance with their contract
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
+ An understanding of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship
+ Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Highly proficient in MS Excel.
+ Team oriented combined with initiative and ability to act autonomously.
+ Highly motivated and organized with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
+ University degree required

+ Experience in US tax reporting, CRA and form validation
