Firmwide Core Deposit Platform (FCDP) serves as the backbone for all deposit accounts for consumer and multiple other JPMC Lines of Businesses. We support over 27 MM households and process billions of dollars in transactions each month. As a Product Director (Area Product Owner) in the FCDP, you will develop and execute on the vision for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You will manage a team of product managers and will champion innovation while strictly adhering to established controls. You will partner with segment, design, analytics and engineering partners to identify and implement creative solutions to customer problems.
As an Area Product Owner, you will be working with various stakeholders to define the product roadmap. You will consider inputs from multiple sources as you prioritize the roadmap and will influence many product groups to align delivery against your roadmap.
+ Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management and execution
+ Contributes to the success of growth segments goals by partnering with the segment leaders to implement customized experiences that customers love
+ Chairs the FDIC Part 370 attestation for JPMC and interacts with senior leaders in financial controllers, legal, compliance as well as the FDIC on an as needed basis
+ Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
+ Coaches and mentors product managers and analysts on the team to efficiently prioritize and manage the work for multiple scrum teams
+ Develops strong partnerships with engineering, design, analytics, business, operations, program management, and partner teams, influencing stakeholders on key product and technology decisions.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities;
+ 5+ years of experience in product ownership and management
+ Ability to lead from the front to deliver against product and regulatory commitments
+ Experience with developing a product vision and roadmap that is grounded in customer research and supporting analytics
+ Strong agile delivery experience
+ At least 3+ years of people management experience
+ Ability to influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of the organization
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities ;
+ Prior experience in working with regulatory bodies is a plus
This is not a remote position, and is only available in Wilmington, DE or Columbus, OH.
