Job Summary (Primary function)
As it relates to the Contracting system(s), the day-to-day tasks included, but are not limited to:
Contracting system inbox management
End user question liaison - knows how to respond to questions or direct to appropriate individuals within Legal, IT or elsewhere
Documentation of system current and future states along with updates as needed for maintenance and administration (profiles, roles, permissions, etc.)
Relationship building with IT and among other Legal teams as it relates to systems and processes
Testing - Pre-prod (scripts building and execution) and hand off to end users for UAT (act as resource/PoC for UAT individuals)
Helps w/communication management in relation to system changes or updates
Helps to develop training material for system(s) and updates as needed for maintenance
RACI - helps to define and develop decision matrix in relation to system(s) changes and updates
Day-to-day overall Database Administration
Point of Contact for new employee onboarding
Data and Metadata understanding
Contact for Reporting requests
Ability to provide clear direction to IT when required for system changes or enhancements in relation to IT specific items
Acts as liaison between Legal and IT on behalf of management
Assist w/maintenance of Template agreements within system
Knowledgeable or has an understanding of SOX requirements, controls and processes
Knowledgeable on Conga (Salesforce platform) and DocuSign
Works closely with Associate Director Contracts Management & Legal Affairs, daily

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
In addition to the above, as needed, responsible for management of projects that help drive efficiency and improve Legal department processes as they relate to Global Contract related technologies, as developed by management. Drives multiple projects from initiation to delivery ensuring completion on schedule and within budget constraints. Works with internal/external clients to gather requirements. Ensures that goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives against project timelines. Helps to perform project management activities, monitor activities of IT ensuring quality, and integrity of the information, and providing consistency in content and "look and feel". Helps to coordinate activities with cross-functional team(s), where applicable, and helps define recommendations for feasibility in relation to systems. Identifies enhancements to overall processes to improve efficiency and output quality in relation to systems. Keeps management informed of deviations from plans and schedules and collaborates with cross-functional teams to find the best solutions, assesses impact of decisions and proposes resolutions or alternatives ensuring management has all facts and relevant information in order to make final decisions. Willingness to grow and take on additional responsibilities as it relates to Legal technologies or systems.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
Bachelor's degree or applicable relevant experience (typically requires a minimum of 8-10+ years' experience)
Project management - 10%
