Job Description


Duties: Partner with operational stakeholders to determine need for customer satisfaction survey, objective and all input requirements. Develop survey questionnaire/design and invitation. Present developed creatives to compliance, controls, legal and translation services, for review and approval. Code survey logic in dedicated survey tool platform. Partner with internal data architects to source required internal data elements for survey sample selection and reporting. Process scheduled sample data output and validate accuracy. Transform output for survey platform acceptance and schedule invitation sends. Create and review associated procedures for evergreen status.


Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Analytics Solutions, Financial Control Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires one (1) year of experience in the following: API; MS Office Suite; SharePoint; VBA; SQL; Survey design, best practices and quantitative research; Statistical Analysis; Process Documentation; and Control Testing.
