Job Description
Automation Manager
Direct hire opportunity with one of our top manufacturing clients!
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement automation throughout the manufacturing facility
Design, program, test, and implement automated machinery, processes, etc.
Analyze costs and benefits of new automation systems and equipment
Develop design specifications for new equipment
Analyze and troubleshoot robotic devices
Coordinate between engineering, programming, and production to integrate automation systems with limited and minimum downtime

Skillset/ Background Needed:
Expertise in automation with a strong mechanical, pneumatic and electrical background
Experience with CAD
Strong communication skills
Time management skills and ability to work within deadlines
Supervisory ability- project management experience a plus
