Job Description

Direct Hire Position with La Red, Call Center Representative Milford De. For consideration please submit a resume showing related experience. Candidates should be bilingual in Spanish/English or Creole/English. Call center representative acts as a mediator between the patient and staff in managing important and crucial point of care concerns. They are responsible for handling and managing all phone calls with effective and efficient operation. Responsibilities include, register new patients, operate general office machines/computer software and database. Answer phone, screen calls, respond to routine questions and take messages. Greed patients, make appointments and prepare documents for clinics, labs, x-ray as needed. Translate/interpret patient needs and make appropriate entries in patient records in a timely manner. Use of professional and appropriate voice level to allow others to converse. Reschedule patients that didn't show up to appointments. Attend meetings as needed, skills in solving practical problems, excellent phone etiquette and customer service. Good time management and knowledge of HIPAA regulations. Other responsibly related to the job.
