Description
Generating experimental data, performing data analysis and reporting the results to principal investigator(s)
Learn and develop new analytical techniques through lab work and literature reviews
Comply with safety processes by completing job safety analyses/hazard reviews, completing LMS courses, and participating in mandatory meetings
Satisfy documentation requirements by keeping a lab notebook, participating in group meetings, and contributing to reports
Qualifications
BS degree in Pulp and Paper, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
Good analytical/troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Focus on safety, understanding of handling hazardous materials
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years industrial laboratory experience
Pulp and Paper background
