Job Description

ChristianaCare is looking for a Research Nurse Coordinator to screen, enroll, plan, implement and evaluate protocol-related care of participants and data for assigned research projects. The Research Coordinator will follow study-specific protocol guidelines, communicate and interact with investigators, hospital staff, department manager, sponsoring agencies and others to effectively perform clinical research activities.

Duties to include:

Coordinate all aspects of protocol treatment and monitoring and ensures everything is completed and documented.

Meticulously create and maintain patient research charts containing source documents supporting all reported data.

Using multiple resources, interpret complex laboratory, pathology, and molecular testing results and uses them to determine study eligibility and outcomes.

Autonomously organizes workflow and asks for assistance when needed

Maintains local, national and international standards of conduct for clinical trial participation.

Qualifications:
BSN required; ADN who commits to obtaining BSN with 3 years of start date may be considered. Two years oncology clinical experience required.
Special requirements:
Current RN licensure in the State of Delaware
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
