Oversee the reconciliation of inventory issues/problem orders. Provide direction and ensure others are following the designed processes. Assure that all employees are processing inventory with the set processes and audit such processes. Able to logically search and troubleshoot inventory issues. Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with all duties related to receiving. Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound shipments and verifying the receipt of the same in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
Lead inventory and receiving personnel to ensure compliance with systematic inventory levels
Maintain accurate inventory using inventory control procedures
Responsible for transferring product in the system from one location to another
Assist the shipping department when help is needed
Train and develop Inventory Clerks and Material Handlers in proactive approaches to inventory accuracy
Lead and train Warehouse and Production personnel on proper methods to maintain inventory accuracy throughout operation: Quality resolution, Production, Shipping and Receiving issues, Inventory movements.
Manage processes and procedures that support and record all production and inventory activities in the WMS system
Maintain clear and effective communication on all inventory issues
Controlling inbound containers and unloading
Verify and inspect incoming shipments
Logging all vendor discrepancies and maintaining vendor logs
Data entry of receipts, adjustments, transfers, and bin moves
Accurate filing of documents
Communicate with truck drivers
Communicate with Client Services

Job Specifications - includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions
Minimum one to two years inventory control experience or supervisory experience
Excellent problem solving and leadership skills Bilingual is a plus but not a must Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to attain Forklift certification, and reach truck is a plus Knowledge of warehouse systems Extreme attention to detail Problem solving skills
