PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management software application functions, data sources, user access and permissions, testing, integrations, reporting and analytics. The support includes, but is not limited to, working with Supply Chain leadership to identify requirements and develop effective solutions to meet these requirements following standard implementation testing and deployment guidelines.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management software applications:
configure systems
configure business processes
configure user security and permissions
develop reports (reports, exports, dashboards, KPIs, etc.)
research system related issues
implement system enhancements and fixes

Collaborates with customers:
on new system enhancements and fixes
on project prioritization and schedule

Develops comprehensive project plans with well-defined activities, milestones and timelines to be shared with departmental leadership, partner departments and project team members
Implements agreed upon enhancements and solutions following standard project implementation guidelines, testing and deployment standards
Provides regular status updates on open issues, requests and projects
Coordinates and participates in the execution of user acceptance testing for fixes, enhancements and upgrades
Actively seeks out system and process improvements to increase performance and productivity and reduce expenses
Leads and/or participates in project teams to implement new software solutions or processes
Trains users on new data, software, tasks, processes, reporting and analysis
Learns and applies business, technical and software knowledge while sharing with department users
Maintains effective and service-oriented relationships with departmental and organizational level caregivers
Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
Performs other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
3-4 years proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management operations
3-4 years support of Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management software applications, databases and reporting required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the full spectrum of Supply Chain (from procurement through inventory management) operations and best practices
Knowledge of data flows, data transfers and standard and customizable tools for effective data analysis from multiple complex systems
Ability to thoroughly analyze complex problems and present available options for resolving in manner that technical and non-technical staff can understand
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective presentation skills desired
Ability to partner with SCM team members in implementing overall strategy initiatives and post implementation support
