This role is a key role in the Customer Experience IT organization, accountable for developing the commerce product strategy and management of the various commerce channels: EDI, order automation solutions, DTC eCommerce, 3rd party marketplaces, etc. in collaboration with business and IT counterparts across DuPont.

Your Key Responsibilities :

+ Lead a global team who is responsible for trading partner connections and eCommerce via Elemica and Salesforce B2B platforms

+ Manage commerce solutions design and delivery in collaboration with CX IT peers to ensure cohesive integration and implementation of robust digital architecture and platform

+ Assessment of strengths/weaknesses/opportunities of current state

+ Development of eCommerce vision, target model, business cases, and roadmap

+ Partner with IT counterparts to appropriately interface relevant data and systems that power online sales experience (product, pricing, fulfillment, etc.) and performance management

+ Optimize team and operating model to balance mix of skills, competencies, and partner resources (on/offshore) to ensure high quality, speed of delivery and adoption of agile approach

+ Assess new marketplace business development opportunities, provide insightful analysis and recommendations to scale and reach customers in new ways for maximum ROI

+ Develop criteria by which businesses can evaluate pros/cons of building/adopting DuPont-owned properties vs. selling through 3rd parties

+ Optimize portal approach between DuPont and its customers

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders on merchandising strategies

+ Drive Order to Cash strategy, plan and activation, in collaboration with key stakeholders across DuPont to improve and automate end-to-end order management process

+ Achieve business alignment, at all levels of the organization, and drive business results by leveraging data

+ Influence corporate policies, processes and teams as needed

Your Qualification Profile:

+ Track record of delivering business value and driving innovation in commercial, operational and eCommerce capabilities with a customer-first approach

+ Experience designing the technical architecture and implementing B2B and B2C commerce solutions using platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce Cloud

+ Experience estimating and overseeing the delivery of large, complex Digital Commerce proposals

+ Prior experience developing compelling business cases and soliciting funding for large projects or programs

+ Manage one or more large, complex and high impact projects with full responsibility and accountability for the delivery and outcomes

+ Experience related to M&A activity is preferred

+ Experience presenting objectives and needs to senior management

+ Breadth of experience across ECommerce tools and capabilities (i.e., EDI, Order Capture, Storefronts, etc.)

+ SAP background knowledge preferred

+ B2C and B2B experience ideal

+ Working and understanding of API management

+ 5+ years of global experience working in a similar role

+ Prior management experience is required

+ Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business or a related field
