+ Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is preferred.

You will do office tasks such as: copy, production, and scanning, fax, mail, and shipping, hospitality assistance, conference room set up and scheduling, receptionist backup, facilities support, and inventory control.
When it comes to legal responsibilities you will do charge back to firms and clients, use legal technologies or software (examples: Copitrak/Equitrac, etc.) for documentation, legal record management, processes and documents like closing binders, depositions and transcripts and assist with scheduling also.
