Senior Risk Manager

We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join an Agile team to act as the product owner for the Global Finance Accounts Payable, Expense Management and Asset Management modules. As the product owner you will partner with Technology and key stakeholders to design and deliver against business and corporate initiatives, with specific focus on the Enterprise vendor payment processing. Leading a team of business subject matter experts you will implement process improvements, identify and remediate risks and highlight best practices that can be implemented.

Responsibilities include:

Leading smaller initiatives and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives

Lead a team of subject matter experts who collaborate with key stakeholders for business requirements and intake requests

Act as subject matter expert to effectively collaborate with up and down stream partners

Assisting in identifying root causes of issues in order to drive process improvements

Collecting data/information in order to make recommendations

Gathering business requirements for processes

Understanding all controls/management standards ensuring business requirements align

Create test cases and perform test execution

Partner with Tech teams on system configurations additions/changes

Implementation - both system as well as processes

Partnering with business on training and knowledge transfer

Maintain formal process documentation and process flowsThe person we're looking for:

Has a sense of curiosity and a desire to learn

Can drive change in the end to end process

Has great communication and reasoning skills

Strong attention to detail to understand systems/technology, as well as operational processes

Is self driven and knows how to get things done

Customer Focused

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or military experience

At least 7 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Services industry experience

At least 2 years of accounting applications or at least 2 years of system support with any financial system

At least 2 years of Payments industry experience

At least 2 years of Process Management experience

At least 1 year of Risk Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of Payment industry experience

At least 3 years of experience with the PeopleSoft application

At least 7 years of Financial Services industry experience

At least 4 years of Agile project management experience

At least 1 year of experience with Jira

At least 1 year of experience in product management
