This person will be responsible for optimizing the purchased service, risk mitigation outcomes and technical issue resolution. They will use a data-based approach to solve problems and identify opportunities by analyzing significantly large data sets composed of Chase customer data and external purchased data. In addition, this person will monitor supplier data and metrics for stability, when anomalies occur partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Background in high volume data and metrics analysis
+ 5 years applicable work experience
+ SQL and/or SAS coding experience preferred
+ IT project work experience as a business lead preferred, including install of technical and data purchases services
Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:
+ Manipulate and organize large data sets with multiple key metrics
+ Apply quantitative analytical approach to develop recommendations, oversee service metrics, manage anomalies and inform budgets and forecasts
+ Solve complex challenges by balancing and triangulating customer experience with business processes and risk mitigation
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely, clearly and professionally (both executive summary and detailed level) using Microsoft Excel robust pivot tables and Microsoft PowerPoint
+ Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel (absolutely required; particularly pivot table expert-level) and PowerPoint tools
+ Bring issues (supplier or internal) to solution, including related communication with involved parties
+ Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven, demanding environment balancing multiple tasks and deliverables
+ Primary business point of contact on IT install of enhanced purchased service(s)
