Job Description

Corporate Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm. The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and Global Employee Support and Digital Solutions. Our Human Resource take a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions to organizational challenges, often working side by side with business managers to attract, manage and retain high-potential talent. As a part of HR Control Operations & Service Delivery Infrastructure team, you will partner closely with the leads across various sub teams to execute against key deliverables and priorities for the organization. You will serve as an integral partner, providing operational support, analytic capabilities and strategic insight to help ensure that key objectives are met. You will support a broad range activities, e.g. action plans, special projects, audits, business reviews, control related initiatives and communications. This position requires strong communication and development skills along with a demonstrated ability for independent curiosity and a commitment to excellence while working within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Support management team across strategic and operational initiatives and deliverables to meet business goals

+ Organize calendar, agenda, and meeting minutes for management team meetings, track deliverables and hold team members accountable on priorities

+ Prepare management reporting, business reviews and various presentations for senior management to increase transparency of key initiatives. Plus perform ad-hoc analysis as requested from senior management

+ Coordinate monthly metrics submission of key performance indicators and operational metrics, including analyzing breaches and month over month fluctuations

+ Develop effective communication to ensure that key information is disseminated to the right parties and that deliverables are executed in a timely manner

+ Lead the execution of special projects from end to end, assembling working groups to drive successful outcomes

+ Work closely with firmwide control teams and partners to ensure accuracy and compliance with program and process requirements and a dd value by driving change through the improvement of existing processes to increase efficiency

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Successful candidates will be motivated, self-starters that are results driven and are able to operate effectively in a large, matrix organization. This person should be highly organized, detail oriented, collaborative, inquisitive and able to exert a level of influence necessary to progress initiatives. Independent judgment, resourcefulness, and agility are key to success in the role. Specifically, candidates are expected to have:

+ Minimum 3 years experience in project management, business management, governance or management consulting

+ Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize multiple workstreams, and bring tasks to closure with minimal supervision with strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

+ Strong team player who can thrive in a matrix environment and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across multiple location

+ Ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment; demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for and report up to senior management in a clear, structured and confident way with listening skills and ability to document meeting notes when needed

+ Curiosity and drive to make things better and challenge the status quo with an aptitude for strategy, stakeholder engagement, business operations

+ Comfortable working on projects when the path forward is not always clear

+ Attention to detail and an understanding of how priorities fit into the bigger picture

+ Ability to maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders who may have competing agendas, managing up when necessary and appreciating the give/take nature of partnership

+ Skilled with using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Skilled at Microsoft Visio

+ Experience with project methodologies, like Lean or Six Sigma

+ Certified Project Management Professional PMP

+ BA/BS degree in related field

+ Some ability to work outside of normal work hours for some global team/client calls
