Job Description

Credit Journey is a free digital tool for both Chase and non-Chase customers that helps you understand, build, monitor, and maintain your credit. The CJ product team sits within Digital Financial Tools in the CCB Product and Experience organization, and we are seeking a senior associate to play a critical role in delivering deepening initiatives within the CJ platform and data environments. They will support our xLOB deepening testing roadmap, ensuring the team is prioritizing the most impactful work and will aid in the execution and delivery of those initiatives. This includes being responsible for working with Ad operations and LOB marketers to ensure the team maintains full visibility into conversion funnels as capabilities evolve, and partnering with Data and Analytics to own overall Deepening performance reporting. In addition, they will support the business management function through gathering relevant data elements and incorporating into impactful communications and presentations.

Areas of responsibility

Manage CJ deepening testing and experimentation roadmap, driving prioritization in an ever-changing environment

Interrogate available CJ and Chase data with the goal of uncovering innovative, incremental marketing opportunities

Be the deepening data / KPI expert, supporting Executive-level presentations and KPI reporting

Support deepening leads in roadmap execution and performance monitoring of those initiatives

Aid in implementing financial product acquisition offers (xLOB offers in-app and CJ-data powered offers off-platform)

Evolve and mature deepening strategic analytics


Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience (marketing, digital analytics, marketing analytics); financial services background preferred, but not required

Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written), with influencing skills to work in cross-functional teams

A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment

Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper

Must have excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint

Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau is preferred

Experience working in agile product development environments a plus

Bachelor’s degree required
