Work you’ll do

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Team is a direct result of the firm’s investment in creative capabilities and sales best practices. The GTM Team was incubated directly by the Commercial Leadership Team to execute of Deloitte Consulting’s growth goals. The GTM Team utilizes cutting edge approaches to drive sales and go-to-market strategy. On a daily basis, the GTM Team works collaboratively with selling teams on high priority, high-value deals to craft the content and messaging to win.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Designer will develop strategy-driven visual content for pursuits, sales presentations, and other related business development activities. Projects can vary in size, scope, and timeline. The designer will work with the GTM Team and selling team to conceptualize imagery and win themes, ensuring that key messages are enhanced through design. In this role, the GTM Designer is accountable for creative, brand-compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional documents. The graphic designer is responsible for individual creation, as well as effective teamwork and communication with others.

This person is comfortable acting as the authority for creative, brand-compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional documents. The role is targeted at someone who is proficient in multiple software packages, has strong collaboration and creative design skills, and is energized by the fast-paced, high-stakes world of business development. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have a passion for GTM, Sales, or Business Development and be excited by the challenge of a variety of engagements.

The team

The GTM Team sits within the US Consulting Commercial organization that is the growth engine for our business. The team, led by Chief Commercial Officer, is the group responsible for growing our sales through multiple avenues. The GTM Team provides capabilities to selling teams that enable the firm to win more, create demand drivers, and open up new channels. We work to build integrated Go-to-Market capabilities within the industries and sectors across Consulting.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Online portfolio with resume required showcasing expertise visual / graphic design, sales-related materials are a plus

+ You have 6+ years of visual, graphic, or applied design experience

+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/graphic design, media production, or related field

+ You have a mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint and business / consulting visual communication standards; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; multimedia experience in video and digital delivery (AfterEffects, Premier, iBooks Author, Muse/Dreamweaver, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus

+ You have a proven track record of interacting and communicating across a variety of stakeholder groups (from technical subject matter experts to senior executives), with ability to present complex information in an understandable format and tailored to specific audiences

+ You have the ability to travel 5-20% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve

Preferred:

+ Strong interest in Pre-Sales and Sales work

+ Strong visual, written, and verbal communications

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $94,000 to $171,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
