Organization Description

Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve consumers, small businesses, municipalities and non-profits. You’ll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is also focused on developing and delivering cutting edged mobile applications, digital experiences and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers.

This position will be a key role within the DPL Product Office. Under limited supervision, this role will be responsible for implementing and managing a global training program as well as change management for the CCB Data Pipeline. Candidate will demonstrate initiative, business & change management skills. Duties include but not limited to are:

+ Develop training content

+ Conduct end user training sessions – both regularly scheduled and ad-hoc sessions (based on business need)

+ Coordination with customer leads accessing their training/continuous development needs

+ Create, maintain and publish recorded content/videos

+ Create, maintain and publish continuous development materials

+ Oversee user journeys and documentation

+ Management of content currency/lifecycle

+ Lead the change management activities within a structured process framework

+ Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk

+ Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change

Qualifications

+ 5 years experience training and supporting a technical product

+ Ability to think strategically and work in a global environment

+ Experience with training of both software developers and non-developers

+ Anticipate and suggest next steps to advance toward overall solution; displays sense of ownership for managing training efforts

+ Diligent and efficient in execution even under tight time constraints; consistently overcomes and helps others overcome obstacles to completion

+ High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

+ Able to change tone of situations positively; drives change and always considers diverse perspectives to get the best outcome

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment

+ Teamwork and Leadership, Facilitation and Negotiation, Coaching and Mentorship, People Focus and Team Player

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders

+ Experience working in agile/scrum teams preferred

+ Exhibit an organized and systematic approach to problem solving, understanding of both design thinking and systems thinking

+ Experience with Oracle HCM a plus

+ Minimum BS or equivalent level of education/experience required
