Our Global Clinical Trial Operations organization (GCTO) oversees and conducts all of the operations involved in executing company-sponsored clinical trials. We provide strategic input and feedback into global clinical development and operational plans in order to increase project value and R&D productivity. We design, plan, implement, project-manage and complete company protocols conducted globally-including biologics, devices, vaccines and small molecules-working to the highest ethical and regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
GCTO Emerging Talent Rotational (GCTO ETR) Program: In 21-24 Months, While Exploring 3 Roles
The GCTO Emerging Talent Rotational (GCTO ETR) Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level clinical trial personnel. Working within teams alongside highly skilled professionals, GCTO ETR employees will apply their passion for science, operations management, patient centricity, and project management to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.?
Over the course of 21-24 months as a GCTO ETR you will explore 3 different roles and areas within Global Clinical Trials Operations. We’re looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying their passion to invent novel life-saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next-generation healthcare solutions, with knowledge, passion for, or experience within any of the following and capabilities:

+ Project Management
+ Scientific Exploration
+ Clinical Trial Operations
+ and more

Required Education and Skills:
+ Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences-related field or knowledge/experience in pharmaceutical / clinical research by January of 2023.
+ While not a requirement, candidates may have completed a recent internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a pharma-related field
+ Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

+ Candidates should have a passion for using technology for healthcare advancement
+ Candidates should be able to quickly adapt to new roles, teams, and situations, and agree to rotate through different clinical trial operations-related roles throughout GCTO for the 21-24 month duration of the program
+ Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities and handle themselves professionally- even under pressure
+ Candidates should communicate well both in-person and in written media
+ Candidates should be a self-starter and will work with limited supervision (i.e. you have a strong work ethic and are a problem solver)
