Job Description

THIS POSITION IS IN THE WILMINGTON, DELAWARE OFFICETHIS IS A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE 3 DAYS IN OFFICE, 2 DAYS REMOTE

+ Define the Rewards Testing Transformation Vision and relevant scope to establish a target operating model for testing across product and technology

+ Lead the testing transformation program to drive creation and execution of overall testing strategy and approach to increase the quality of our deliverables

+ Mature our testing framework and lead the implementation plan using an agile delivery approach that provides iterative and consistent measurable value to the product

+ Build and drive the testing transformation change management plan

+ Develop and manage environment strategy and governance plans

+ Create and maintain relevant testing competencies to ensure adherence to industry best practices

+ Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment on the overall testing strategy

Required Experience/Skills

+ Strong knowledge in testing practices: Quality Engineering, Test Management, Environment Governance, and Test Automation

+ 5+ years in Testing Leadership role

+ 3+ years experience in agile testing and transformation

+ Experience with all levels of testing (in sprint, integration/QA, UAT, Prod)

+ Understanding of testing tooling strategy

+ Ability to present in a clear and focused way to senior leadership

+ Self-directed, strategic thinker, inspiring leader

+ Flexible and able to easily adapt to change and help others do the same
