AIML Security Controls and Architecture

We are looking for a technology security/control leader who is passionate about AI/ML security architecture and the controls necessary to create a secure environment. You will be expected to solve complex security configurations through innovation and known security architectural practices. You will be required to apply your in-depth of technology security knowledge and expertise to all aspects of software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with our controls assurance group on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Your Role:

+ Leads all aspects of of uplifting security controls across our cloud based ML solution architecture

+ Have a solid understanding of core security architecture, data systems and data environments, and processes that are necessary for the implementation AI/ML models

+ Advanced Technical knowledge in architecting, designing, and Integrating technology controls and security solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications

+ Experience in reviewing Enterprise Machine Learning platforms that are capable of running predictive models, creating threat models and control journeys to ensure control objectives are met and risk is quantified

+ Work in collaboration with product team to enhance and create controls that will enable a defined Risk framework to be utilized and keep the environment secure.

+ Provides technical security leadership, guidance and direction to other team members.

+ Assist the team in solving complex security problems with risk frameworks, solution architecture, and new control procedures

+ Partner with product managers to create key objectives and roadmaps

+ Drive innovation and ensure that JPMC maximizes the business benefits while minimizing security risk across your product

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ Strong strategic vision and a track record of successful delivery of business objectives

+ Expertise in working with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals

+ Mastery of multiple business disciplines and functions, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, control remediation, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management, and data protection

+ Expertise in controls; resource management; technological, organizational and operational change management; conflict resolution; negotiation; stakeholder management; partnership and influence; and budget and financial management, including business case completion

Preferred Skills:

+ Background with Machine Learning Frameworks and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop is a plus

+ Experience of working with AWS cloud platform is a plus

+ Degree in Information Security or equivalent is preferred
