The Firmwide Marketing Finance team is seeking a highly motivated analytical leader with an interest in marketing investments across all lines of businesses. The team collaborates across the firm to drive the overall marketing strategy and reporting
In this position, the VP would be responsible for driving forward our key roadmap priorities within firmwide marketing – including measurement, reporting/dashboarding, and efficiency. The VP would be responsible to deliver against these priorities and must possess robust analytical & and “outside the box” thinking skills, be able to prioritize and manage time effectively, build strong P&L understanding of the firm’s different businesses, while also developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
+ Create, standardize, and drive a consistent valuation framework for non-acquisition marketing campaigns across CCB
+ Create consistency and transparency into firmwide reporting, working with the LOB teams to achieve the desired future state of reporting
+ Key driver of dashboard efforts – laying out business requirements and definition of exactly what we’d like built
+ Engage and drive Media measurement plan – starting with Freedom multi touch attribution
+ Improve business cases for every dollar of marketing spend
+ Develop regular look backs into marketing business cases to ensure we are delivering against expectations
+ Present analytics and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 6+ years experience in an analytical/finance role, preferably related to investment decisioning and valuation
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Alteryx/Tableau experience preferred
+ Demonstrates ability to understand and digest raw data to provide strategic analysis and business context – and communicate to all levels of management
+ Strong written and oral communication skills; Capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight timelines across multiple lines of businesses
+ Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
+ Strong organizational skills, including good judgment and decision making abilities
