Eaton’s D-IT group is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Amazon Robotics to join our team. This position can be remote out of major cities across the US.
The Strategic Account Manager will be leading strategic sales effort for Distributed Infrastructure (Edge/Network/IT Applications) for Amazon Corporate, Amazon Distribution, Amazon Robotics, and Amazon Web Services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for developing sales growth of Eaton’s Critical Power and Distributed IT solutions for Net IG (AWS), Columbia Tech (Amazon Robotics) and other targeted accounts.
The Strategic Account Manager is tasked with the achievement of sales plan goals, ensuring customer intimacy and satisfaction, drive market share gains, and ensure the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies. This person will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies and programs for any CPDI products & services, as well as adjacent Eaton datacenter product lines (Bline, Cable trays, etc.)

In this function you will:
+ Support sales of CPDI products and services to meet revenue and margin objectives with assigned partners.
+ You will identify and develop areas for growth across all Eaton divisions with assigned accounts. Develop relationships with key leadership and works closely across Eaton divisions to improve engagement and sales growth
+ You will serve as the executive liaison between Eaton and assigned accounts at all levels of the organizations. Incumbent must facilitate negotiations and coordinate executive communications to reach optimal resolution for both Eaton and assigned accounts
+ You will provide coaching and engagement with NAS executive leadership to develop and implement sales plans, manage conflict, and drive change of behavior to achieve sales growth targets and address market gaps
+ You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and NAS to coordinate and resolve issues and roadblocks
+ You will take ownership of driving change to improve processes and effectiveness that will eliminate roadblocks to sales growth and engagement. Drives all elements to completion and full resolution by working independently
+ You will drive improvement of managing spend, training, use of Eaton tools, and programs to improve sales growth and optimize ROI
+ You will serve in a lead role in executive presentations and report-outs for both Eaton and assigned accounts
+ Transform voice of customer into value propositions and leading sales / marketing tools, working closely with product marketing / management and marketing communication team

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
+ Minimum of 8 years selling power products & components
+ Strong commercial and project management skills
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate interaction across divisions,CRDS, Power Systems, EESS
+ Ability to interact with business leaders across the organization
+ Experience aligning strategy with key stakeholders
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
+ Relevant product knowledge to enable technical discussions with Amazon Engineering
+ Experience with Amazon AWS business
+ Experience with large scale account management, and or customer negotiations
+ Strong Power Distribution background
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of competitors and market trends
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong team player that actively contributes to the group’s success
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills
+ Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload
+ Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet
+ Demonstrates superior selling skills for important customer services and applications under a variety of challenging circumstances.
+ Must demonstrate and deliver exceptional customer service.
+ Knowledge of sales techniques, customers, customer relations, and employee development
+ Knowledge of products, product applications and distribution channels

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $ 114,462- $157,385 a year.
