We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our talented, inclusive, and supportive Solar and Renewable Energy project team including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals. Our Energy & Process business is driven to meet clients’ rapidly changing sustainability needs in generation, storage, transmission, and distribution of safe, reliable electric power. The Project Manager manages all aspects of multiple EPC projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. You would also be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of safety, contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction. Job duties also include coordinating and integrating the activities associated with the design, permitting, material management and construction installation of the project team including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative.

Please note: Travel is around 25% during early project phases and 50% during construction phases (typically 1-2 weeks per month).
+ Actively promotes the safety culture.
+ Leads project team in all phases of solar and renewable projects from conceptual design to handover.
+ Interfaces between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
+ Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment.
Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
+ 7+ years of relevant industry experience including solar, renewables, and/or high-volume utility construction.
+ Experience in multiple phases of project execution.
+ Bachelor’s degree.

Typical office environment, typical construction environment, extreme weather conditions, high noise level, safety hazards (electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to chemicals), atmospheric conditions (fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, poor ventilation). Sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
