Overview

 

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the custodial duties for specified office locations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm
Compensation:
Starting at $15/hour

 


Responsibilities

 


Clean restrooms, mop floors, dust conference tables, empty trash, vacuum hallways and offices, and replace restroom products.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, breakroom supplies and paper products.

Coordinate service calls with vendors for building repairs and maintenance.

Perform minor plumbing and other minor repairs.

Change and order lightbulbs as needed.

Replace damaged ceiling tiles

Perform outside maintenance including but not limited to salting the sidewalks and parking lot in the winter and cleaning windows.

Assist with the setup and arrangement of furniture and other office equipment and other duties as assigned

 


Qualifications

 

High school Diploma
3 years' experience coordinating repairs, maintenance , and or custodial work within a facility
Knowledge of safety regulations
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Frequent hand motion with answering and dialing phones and computer work
Occasional carrying, overhead reaching and lifting of 15 pounds to perform various duties
Occasional immediate reaching to perform various office duties
Occasional standing for short amounts of time to perform various duties
Occasional walking for short amounts of time to perform various duties
Extended sitting for long periods of time at desk or workstation
Minimal squatting or bending to perform various duties
Occasionally climb stairs
