About this Position

The UAT lead will direct and manage the testing effort for complex initiatives in an Agile environment. These initiatives can span across the JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) organization, including Credit Card, Retail Branch Banking, Mortgage Banking and Auto. The UAT lead will be part of a Card Agile Product or Program and will be assigned to manage high priority efforts with significant financial, process, organizational, business and technology impacts.

Responsibilities

+ Work closely with Senior leaders as well as product/program teams to define End to End test scenarios

+ Establish the test approach and define the necessary work activities to achieve the business/product vision, monitor execution progress and address cross-team impediments

+ Provide proactive communication with senior Product and Program management to understand needs, communicate status, and all team members

+ Define, discover, document, or standardize processes as appropriate

+ Understand strong controls and audit requirements; ensure initiative aligns with established practices

Qualifications

+ 5 years managing testing efforts in a large scale agile environment

+ Background/experience in agile testing techniques and methods

+ Comprehensive understanding of Jira

+ Experience with Qtest, Zyphr, Xray or equivalent test management tool

+ Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence change and communicate with diverse stakeholders
