Christianacare is looking for a full-time Program Manager to join our growing team in Wilmington.

How You'll Make An Impact
The Program Manager will provide project and program management for Comprehensive Behavioral Health Partnership initiatives. Accomplishes project objectives by planning, evaluating, and directing project activities; also controls and implements the assigned project(s) within assigned budget and schedule. Supporting the scaling of these endeavors through tracking and evaluating the progress of the strategic initiatives across the partnership.

Hybrid work setting available . Flexible candidates comfortable in all working situations preferred. Ability to travel within the state of Delaware preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and operations of Comprehensive Behavioral Health Partnership initiatives.

This position will be responsible for the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex behavioral health programs.

Supports a multidisciplinary group of employees and contractors who serve on project and/or partnership teams to achieve coordinated optimal behavioral health services.

Conducts needs assessments to identify objectives and deliverables and to plan project management approach.

Coordinates/leads the efforts of assigned project members in all project endeavors including the implementation and transition of ongoing support of assigned projects.

Maintains effective lines of communications and relationships with all internal and external stakeholder groups including but not limited to: Medical Group, Service Lines, Administrators, Physician and Operational Leaders.

Oversees marketing, community education (including collaborating with community groups) and promotion activities, as related to Comprehensive Behavioral Health Partnership initiatives

Serve as a member or leader of special projects aligned with the partnership plan.

Leads efforts on patient-centered and communication strategies for delivering best practices in healthcare for special populations

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area. Master's degree is preferred.

3-5 years project management experience preferred

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
