+ Serve as a key leader and champion of ongoing product and experience program across our Sapphire/HNW product strategy
+ Coordinate various workstreams to drive deliverables, prioritization, execution that will ultimately lead to the launch of our program to customers
+ Manage end to end aspects of the program including project plan, status updates, internal and stakeholder communication, staffing, business requirements, deliverables sequencing, escalations
+ Partner with the business, functional leads, Technology, and CAO on product requirements and implementation for build and enhancements
+ Lead and influence cross functional project managers and product owners to coordinate capability builds that impact our HNW credit card strategy
+ Understand P&L and economics of products to inform benefits, requirements, customer experience, and prioritization
+ Develop project materials and updates for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums to clearly communicate program status
+ Must have project/program management background, experience leading large scale and complex initiatives
+ Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in the credit card or payments industry; preference for experience in an agile tech environment
+ Pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time
+ Outstanding relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a highly matrixed Company structure
+ Demonstrated strong cross-functional tech / product owner leadership, influencing and creative problem solving
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally
+ Experience in building executive level presentations
+ BS degree or equivalent experience required
