The Manufacturing Tech will know how to test, calibrate, repair and monitor equipment, systems and assemblies. You will be responsible for performing a variety of technical support duties in one or more manufacturing areas. Duties may be related to installation, maintenance, repair and support of manufacturing equipment, technical support of one or more production processes, product test and troubleshooting, and technical analyses and problem-solving. You will conduct tests, experiments and/or problem resolution associated with components, parts, products or processes/systems. May design and/or build tools.Responsibilities
Works with engineers in a manufacturing production environment to develop, execute, and track the testing of new and existing products.
Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish production test plans and processes.
Identifies and resolves issues that adversely affect test yields.
Compiles and maintains test-related documentation, including test plans, procedures, results and reports.
Responsible for inventory and material within the GC Specials department.
May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
May design/build tools.

The ideal Schedule is 7:00 to 3:30 PM ET (M-F) with flexibility

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
