Responsible for providing a full service banking experience for customers including but not limited to processing customers monetary transactions with the proper audit trails, balancing cash drawer, identifying and addressing customer needs and provides services including opening and servicing all types of deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CD's and IRA's) accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities for all Discover umbrella of product offerings, resolves and/or acts as a liaison to other business areas while assisting customers with their inquiries or issues, supports the company by assisting with community/volunteering events. Ensures compliance to all state and federal banking regulators

Ensures compliance with all relative state and federal regulations.
Provides full service banking experience for walk-ins, mail, and phone customers. Services include, but not limited to identifying and address customer needs, servicing all types of deposit accounts (checking, saving, money market, CD's and IRA's), processing customers monetary transactions with proper audit trails, balancing cash drawer, opening new accounts, issuing add-on products, identifying cross-selling opportunities for all Discover umbrella of product offerings, resolves and/or acts as a liaison to other business areas, and promoting product offerings.Ensures compliance to all state and federal banking regulators.
Process customer monetary transactions nd balancing cash drawer within all state and federal guidelines- 60%
Opening new accounts and servicing customer accounts and inquiries within all state and federal guidelines- 30%
Supports the company by assisting with community and volunteer events- 10%
Updates and distributes weekly rate sheets. Provides reports in support of business and compliance needs.
Ensures established performance goals are met or exceeded.
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
H.S. Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, or related field
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
Associate's Degree in Business, General Studies, or related field
4+ years of experience in Customer Service, or related field
