Staffing Coordinator
 
 Description/Job Summary

The staffing coordinator is a member of the administrative team. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment, onboarding and oversight of Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) who are hired for open shifts in residential and day service sites. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.
 
 Responsibilities/Duties

Recruitment and Onboarding
Recruitment of DSP staff, posts positions via BalanceTRAK, and stages hiring outcomes.
Provides recommendations for best candidates.
Provides onboarding for new hires, through orientation and job trainings.
Staff Oversight
Manages data base of DSP relief staff.
Supervises DSPs on relief list.
Collaborates with Managers on staff performance.
Administration
Prepares monthly report on status of job fairs, relief lists, job performance.
Other duties as assigned
 
 Required Experience

3 years of experience with services provided by group homes, day program, and/or support to individuals living independently in the community. 
 
 Required Education

High School Diploma / GED equivalency. Associates degree in human services field preferred. 
 
 Required Qualifications

Use of Microsoft Office products.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
