Class Start Date: November 7, 2022

Shift Requirements:
Discover Home Loans hours of operation: 8:00am - Midnight (EST) Monday - Friday with weekends.

1 - 3 weekends days per month 9:30am - 6:00pm (EST) and adjusts with Daylight Savings Time

Start times Available:

We post all our jobs in Eastern Standard Time- we've got you covered with a variety of shifts. We are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours:

(DE- EST)Available START times of:
9:00AM, 10:00AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 1:00PM & 1:30PM.

(AZ & UT- MDT) Available START times of:
7:00AM, 8:00AM, 8:30AM, 9:00AM, 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM & 11:30AM.

Note: Shifts are Monday- Friday with weekends as assigned

What You'll Do

Handles communication with customers and performs a variety of functions focused on completing applications for applicants. During that communication, proactively sells the loan to the customer along with other benefits.

Ensures that all portions of the application are accurate to help identify and then eliminate potential risks for business. Helps drive applications to completion to increase receivables.

How You'll Do It

Communicates with customer on loan acquisition calls.

Provides customers with consultative sales-based conversations. Sells the features and benefits of the loan.

Facilitates components of the credit application process including, but not limited to, identity verification, judgmental review, negotiation of loan terms, applicant agreement of loan offer, and completion of the loan application

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics:

2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or related field

Bonus Points If You Have:

2+ years of experience in Sales

A quiet workspace

Internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps

Personal smartphone or a tablet

Individuals in this position are required to comply with all rules and regulations of The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (The SAFE Act).
