Job Description

What you will accomplish together with us
Schedule & coordinate onsite installations and PMs for field service engineers
Interact with customers directly to schedule installations and PM services, provide documentation and quotations as necessary, and facilitate ordering any parts that are required.
Coordinate the shipment of spare parts needed for PM services
Coordinate the shipment of calibration equipment prior to PM services
Regularly follow up with Field Service Engineers on progress of installation and PM services
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers, including responding by email and phone. Ensure status of milestones is communicated internally and externally.
Occasionally attend field service visits for training purposes.
Perform other related duties as required.

Equipment Maintenance
Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to support a service job.
Installation
Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.

What will convince us
Associates degree in an Electrical/Electronic discipline or equivalent combination of industry experience and technical/military training
Project management skills: To coordinate and schedule resources to achieve objectives within a given timeline.
Social Skills and Perceptiveness: Actively look for ways to help customers, and be sensitive when dealing with customer reactions and needs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Complex problem solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Proficiency with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
5 years Field Service or service dispatch experience, preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 accreditation requirements as well as GMP/GDP.
Valid Driver's License and Passport
Occasional travel is required to support Field Service activities and for training.
