Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Fill/Pack Operator for our client located in Newark, DE
This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
Inspect and package finished product.
Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing related issues.
Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
Comply with quality system and regulatory agencies such as FDA, ISO, OSHA.
Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
Pay and Benefits:

The Salary for this position is $16.48 per hour (Max Pay rate).


Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Fill/Pack Operator.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Production/Manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing equipment operation.
Good Documentation Practices.
Good manufacturing practices.
PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Problem Solving and troubleshooting.
Able to learn new processes / function.
Interpersonal Skills.
Good communicator.
Team player.
FDA Regulated Facility.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
Individuals needed to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Position needs lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Based on business needs individuals need to work overtime or will be asked to modify their work hours.
Position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and safety shoes.
PPE will be provided by client.
