Description:

The Card Servicing Operations Supervisor will perform critical departmental functions and tasks of Bank Card Services Associates when necessary to ensure service delivery, maintain quality and meet volume demands, and maintain, document and implement departmental procedures to ensure processing efficiency, risk mitigation and operational controls. This incumbent will maintain proficiency in all Dispute and Chargeback processes to support cross functional volumes and processes. The Supervisor will participate on various committees, task forces, and project teams to enhance the development of new products and services and facilitate the implementation of systems or process designs and ensure compliance training and testing for all staff is completed to prescribed timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of supervisory or management responsibility experience.
  • Must have a practical knowledge of payment systems, with expertise in credit card and debit card operations.
  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Visa/Mastercard operating rules and federal and state regulations including Regulation Z, Credit Card ACT, and Regulation E.
  • Must have strong background in customer support and possess superior customer service skills.
  • Must have strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Retail and Commercial banking services and an understanding of financial transactions and general ledger operations.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
