at JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware, United States
Chase is looking for highly motivated Senior UX Designers, with a high level of emotional maturity to engage with others, leveraging user-centered design expertise to meet customer and business needs with useful, usable, and desirable products for Design and Customer Experience (dCE) Authentication. Senior UX Designers demonstrate proficiency in the end-to-end design process-from research and strategy, to prototyping, testing, and delivery of final designs. We are not expecting people to be brilliant at everything, but we do presume some comfort throughout the design process, plus a desire to continually broaden and improve your skills. Senior Product Designers are self-motivated professionals who are comfortable owning relationships and outcomes, great UI design and confident when presenting their work to stakeholders.
Senior UX Designers are part of a core experience team which includes experience researchers and content designers, all committed to designing the future of financial services. Senior UX Designers are expected to be strong partners with cross-functional Product, Technology, and Insights team partners to prioritize, plan, and make decisions along the way from discovery to execution. The end goal is being accountable and equally important, celebrating the creation of successful design solutions that work for both the business and customers across Chase’s ecosystem.
